Reading Biography
My first experience with reading was in 5th grade of elementary school. I had to read the book called Koning van Katoren. I really like the story and I enjoyed reading. But my circumstances could not allow me to be involved in reading at all because I loved playing outside with my friends and that seemed like a lot more fun to me. Later on I got aquinted with computer games and console games and this kept me further away from reading than I ever was. It never crossed my mind to open a book again. The only books I read were the ones I had to read at school. I think reading can be tons of fun, but I'm just not making any time for reading.
In class we discussed what classic books were. Classics are timeless, ageless and genderless stories. Meaning that it is relevant or interesting at any time for any age/ gender. And we also discussed what we will have to do in order to complete this course.
