News:
Spy agencies to receive £100 million annual budget increase to tackle terrorism.
MI6, MI5 and Government Communications Headquarters will see a £100 million annual increase in their combined £11.9bn budget from 2015 as the Government looks to combat the growing terrorist threat from sub-Saharan Africa and Syria, as well as the rise of cyber terrorism. “This has been one of George’s personal priorities,” a Whitehall source told the Daily Telegraph. “It is vitally important we look after these budgets and they were settled last week with agreement at the very highest level.” ''These budgets have significant coverage of terrorists actions and to keep us safe.''
My opinion:
Well it would be a great thing to have a lot more security around like this in order to prevent terrorism related to the UK . I think one of the major trigger for this measurement was the latest terrorist attack on the off-duty  soldier. I hope that all of the extra money and efforts go to the actual terror crime counter measurements instead of some sort of excessive government surveillance on their residents and innocent people. My final opinion on this matter is, that the money that being is spent is worth more than the damage current terrorism brings yearly. Be it couple human lives, be it structural damage.
